Due to the nature of digital translation services, refunds are limited once work has started or been delivered. However, we review every request fairly. Refunds may be considered if:
The project has not yet started.
The service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon.
A technical or processing error occurred on our side.
If you are not satisfied with your translation, we encourage you to request a revision. Our team will work with you to ensure the final translation meets the agreed-upon quality standards and requirements.
Refunds generally will not be issued in the following cases:
The project has been fully completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications.
The client changes the project requirements after work has begun.
Requests for refunds are made after significant work has been completed.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your translation. Include details about the issue so our team can review your request promptly.
